Our Sod Is Grown Locally in the Native Sandy Loam Soil of Skagit Valley. It Is a Blend of 70% Perennial Ryegrass and 30% Fine Fescue.

To ensure product health & freshness, sod is cut to order. Please pre - order by 2 pm the day before for pick - up orders. For deliveries, while we are dedicated to promptly fulfilling your orders, we recommend planning for a minimum lead time of 2 - 3 days*. This allows for smooth coordination and ensures you receive your product in a timely manner.

• Minimum Purchase is 1 roll (8 SqFt)
• 1 Roll = 2 ft. x 4 ft. x ~ 1 in. thick
• 1 Pallet = 480 SqFt (60 Rolls)
• Pallet Weight: Approximately 3000 lbs
